What are reserved GPU hours?

Reserved GPU hours are pre-paid hours included with your platform fee. For example, the Paid tier includes 2 hours per month, and Enterprise includes 10 hours. These hours are available at no additional cost each month.

What happens when I exceed my reserved hours?

Once your reserved hours are exhausted, you'll be charged £0.50/GPU hour for additional usage. This pay-as-you-go rate applies to all tiers, ensuring consistent pricing regardless of your plan.

Can I upgrade mid-month?

Yes! Tier changes take effect immediately. Your reserved hours are recalculated pro-rata based on the time spent in each tier during the billing period.

Do reserved hours roll over?

No, reserved hours are available each month and do not roll over. This encourages efficient usage and ensures you always have fresh capacity at the start of each billing period.

What's included in the platform fee?

The platform fee grants you access to the platform, reserved GPU hours, and tier-specific features like team collaboration (Paid/Enterprise), SSO (Enterprise), and priority support (Enterprise).

How does team collaboration work?

Paid and Enterprise tiers allow you to invite users with customizable spending limits. For example, you can set juniors to 20% budget limits and seniors to 50%, giving you fine-grained control over team spending.

Do all tiers include the usage dashboard?

Yes! All tiers get access to the real-time usage dashboard with spending alerts, budget controls, user management, and security features. Paid and Enterprise tiers get advanced analytics.

Is there a contract?

No commitments. You can cancel anytime. Your reserved hours and platform fee benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period.
